Washing machines

Front loading washing machinesFront Loading washing machines? Yes, I’ve had it for a few years now and still love them. Not only did my gas and electric bill decrease, but I’m saving water and my clothes get a lot cleaner. I remember telling my mom about it when we first got them. She would just listen and say, “that’s nice, I’m happy for you.” She started having minor issues with her washing machine, but would have a repairman come out and fix it instead of considering buying a new machine.Until one week, her and dad stayed with my kids at our place when Russ and I went out of town for business. She used my machines and fell instantly in love (she tells me later).

Come to find out, her and dad started researching all kinds of washing machines after that for about a week before they made up their minds to go ahead and get it. The sincher was their washing machine had another problem and they’d have to call a repairman again. So they physically went to Best Buy, Sears, Lowes, and other discount appliance stores to compare prices and deals. They were so exhausted from traveling and negotiating with representatives each night. It sure would’ve been easier if they could’ve done research online at a one-stop website to compare prices for them. The eventually found the machines they wanted and got them.
I discovered this website called, “Wize.com” that does just that. It not only compares and gives reviews for washing machines, but for electronics, home and garden things, health and beauty items too.

Check them out the next time you’re in the market for something that you want to compare prices and get reviews on. It’ll save you a lot of time.

  1. I’ve had a front-loading washer for a couple years and like it very much. I can’t find anything in the manual about cleaning the rubber ring that separates the inside of the washer and the door. Any ideas?
