It seems like Russ is having great success with Colonix. He faithfully does his regimen, gets the bowels moving, and he’s all good. He says that his desire for alcohol and coffee has slowed down and he has a new appreciation for the taste of water compared to before. He also claims that he feels more energetic and just an all around “feels good” feeling.

For me, after having the mystery 4-day fever that ended Sunday (3 days ago), I’m not seeing much difference from my movements any more, but I am moving a little daily. So that is more than before I started the program. I am noticing that I’m burping up the herbal taste from the paranil pills throughout the day though. I guess my body isn’t liking some of this stuff or something. 
On the positive side, I’ve noticed a few new things:
